Weekend bits

South MelbourneBreakfast at St Ali'sSt AliCarlton GardensWalk in the parkDachsund UNDachsund UNHe was so cuteMidnight potato latkeThe weekend that just passed, involved queuing and waiting for a table at St Ali's for breakfast ( food was pretty alright, nothing spectacular and not really worth the wait. But the pancetta was amazing, melts in my mouth! ), walking in the park, getting my favourite moccasins ( birthday present last year from Darren ) wet, stomping on dry crispy leaves, looking at some art while befriending lots of sausage dogs. Oh and we made a midnight snack of potato latkes with salsa on soy and linseed toast too! And of course, the usual grocery shopping and eating out. Haha.

I hope you all had a nice weekend too.

  1. Midnight snacks. Mmmmm how I miss them! Need to make this happen soon.

Also, wanted to say - got your zine this morning and it's splendidly wonderful! A definite smile grabber. I shared it with my housemates too - who also adored it and the print will be shared in our kitchen area x

  6. Oh, autumn is my favorite season! The dachshund UN is a wonderful concept. Doxies might be able to improve the world situation... I don't know that they could do much worse ;)
