


I've been so busy with work and so dinners have been a bit crazy weird and sometimes strange-tasting. But over the weekend, I decided to treat my taste buds a little and we had homemade souvlaki and vietnamese spring rolls. They are so easy, healthy and most of the stuff's raw. Surely,I can prepare chopped lettuce, onions, noodles, rice paper, boiled prawns, basil, mint, shredded chicken and tomatoes in under an hour right?
