Darren and I bought a new juicer (We've named it Toby!) and I've been going crazy juicing lots of weird juices. My theory is as long as it's 90% raw vegetables + 1 sweet fruit = healthy. Hope I'm right! So far I've been juicing greens such as celery, zucchini, spinach, carrots and mint. I hope to try broccoli and beetroot sometime this week. Any of you have yummy juice recipes to share?
Oh and have you watched this intriguing documentary? I've yet to watch it. But it seems absolutely crazy and downright bonkers. I cannot imagine drinking only juices. The carnivore in me will die!
